3. Workspaces and Customer Content
StatecraftCRM allows customers to create workspaces and store information related to their Government Affairs activities.
Customer content may include:

- Organization information
- Relationship history
- Issues
- Interactions
- Commitments
- Notes
- Internal workflow information
Customers retain ownership of the content they enter into StatecraftCRM.
By using the service, you grant StatecraftCRM the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, and display customer content solely to provide and improve the service.
StatecraftCRM does not claim ownership of customer content.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
StatecraftCRM offers Free and paid subscription plans.
Paid plans may include:
- Team
- Department
- Organization
- Other plans made available by StatecraftCRM
Pricing, included users, and additional user pricing are displayed at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cadence.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
You authorize StatecraftCRM and its payment providers to charge applicable fees associated with your selected subscription.
5. User Seats and Team Access
Paid plans may include a specified number of users.
Customers may add additional users according to available seat pricing.
Workspace administrators are responsible for:
- Managing users
- Assigning appropriate permissions
- Ensuring authorized individuals have access
- Maintaining appropriate internal controls
Removing a user does not automatically cancel or reduce a subscription unless the customer completes the applicable billing change process.
6. Free and Paid Services
StatecraftCRM may offer free access plans, trials, or limited functionality plans.
Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan.
StatecraftCRM reserves the right to modify plans, features, or pricing with appropriate notice where required.
Changes will not retroactively alter existing paid subscription terms without agreement.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with service security or operation
- Upload malicious code or harmful content

11. Cancellation and Account Closure
Customers may cancel paid subscriptions according to the available billing controls.

- Fees already paid are non-refundable

- Cancellation prevents future renewal
Customers may request account deletion subject to applicable retention requirements.
12. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that:

- Information entered by users is accurate
- The platform will produce specific business outcomes
Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and workflows.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatecraftCRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of StatecraftCRM after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
