Choose the role
Admins manage members, billing, and settings. Editors maintain the operating record. Viewers use shared intelligence without changing core data.
Invite safely
Each person receives their own expiring invitation.
- 1Open Settings > Members.
- 2Confirm available seats.
- 3Enter the teammate email.
- 4Choose the least-privileged suitable role.
- 5Send and monitor the pending invitation.
Common mistake
Never share a login. Remove access when a person leaves or no longer needs the workspace.
Important: Invitation sending is disabled inside the synthetic Demo Lab.
