Owns membership, billing, workspace settings, privileged workflows, and access review.

Editor

Maintains contacts, organizations, interactions, issues, events, tags, and operating context.

Viewer

Reads shared intelligence and leadership outputs without changing core records.

Authorization model

Protected actions verify the signed-in identity, active profile team, and actual team membership on the server. A URL or client-supplied team identifier does not grant access.
