Start in Command Center, then open the highest-priority issue and its connected stakeholders.

1. 1Review the Demo or production-data banner so you know which environment you are in.
2. 2Read the current priority issue and upcoming deadlines.
3. 3Open two stakeholder histories.
4. 4Identify one overdue or upcoming action.
5. 5Confirm the action owner with your team leader.

First useful action

Log one verified interaction, update one real next action, or improve one stakeholder record. Do not perform a bulk cleanup on day one.
