Prepare the file
Use CSV with one stakeholder per row and a clear header row. Keep names in one column; separate email, phone, title, organization, type, and relationship score where possible.
Map before writing
The importer shows how source columns connect to Statecraft fields. Review the preview, especially organization and relationship values, before confirming.
Recover from a problem
Do not repeatedly import the same file. Capture the error and contact support with the column name and expected result so the team can diagnose without exposing unnecessary data.
